Gold India Beach Resort★★★

The location and property is very good but the service is very poor not value for Money. The room/washroom, Bathtub etc. r not clean and maintain for guest, intercoms, AC, Flush not working even after several time inform to the room boy & reception too, they r not follow up the issue, no Manager or MD available to face the guest issues. On top of that for evening tea we have to wait for nearly 2 hours to get 4 cup of tea as the kitchen start after 6pm we come to know later and when we asked why was delay of our evening tea which was order at 5pm the restaurant waiter was too rude. The unprofessional services of the staff at Gold India beach resort made us to vacant the 3 DBL room and shifted to another hotel Shangrila which was our right step at the point of time. It is suggested not to book room at Gold India beach resort.

Very very nice good stay very peaceful and candle light dinner also available here. the spa is also near just walkable distance. Clean crystal water you will find here in havlock .. especially infornt of dis resort it's amazing...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort and from the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The accommodations were luxurious, with spacious rooms. The dining options were exceptional, with fresh and delicious cuisine served beautifully. Specially thanks Mr.Aman property manager.

the Air conditioners do not work… me and my family got 4 different rooms, and ended changing each room due to lack of cooling.. telecommuting does not work. the staff is non responsive and i dont think i even need to mention about the amount of cockroaches and lethal worms in the rooms. the rooms look decent from outside but the inside looks and feels cheap and dirty. frankly the only good thing about the hotel is that it is near the shore. DO NOT STAY
