OnlineVacations.in is a travel booking platform that facilitates hotel reservations, holiday package bookings, and ferry ticket purchases for destinations including Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, and other locations. We act as an intermediary between you and the service providers.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the service provider.
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless EMI or partial payment options are explicitly offered.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.

• Provide accurate personal and travel information.
• Carry valid government-issued photo ID during travel.
• Comply with all local laws, hotel policies, and ferry operator regulations.
• Arrive at check-in/boarding points on time — we are not liable for missed services due to late arrival.

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Please review it before making a booking. Refund timelines and percentages vary by service type and cancellation window.

It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary travel documents, permits, and visas. While we provide guidance, we are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing documentation.

• We are not liable for service quality issues at hotels, ferries, or activity venues — these are managed by independent providers.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the booking amount paid to us.

All content on the Platform — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by OnlineVacations.in and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
